Short, practical online classes where you build one working thing, using free tools and made-up example data. No sales pitch, no recording of attendees, and no work email needed.
The first class: From Enquiry to Follow-Up
Build a simple AI-assisted workflow that takes a customer enquiry from the inbox to a checked reply and a follow-up date, so nothing slips through.
We run it as soon as 10 people sign up.
There's no date yet. Join the list, and when 10 people have signed up we'll set a date and email everyone with the time and how to join. If the date doesn't suit, you can drop off the list with one click.

- A working enquiry tracker that flags overdue and unowned enquiries.
- A one-page reply playbook for your business, and a prompt that drafts replies from it.
- A checklist for every AI draft before you send it.
Who it's for
Owners, managers and office staff at small Irish businesses who handle enquiries by email, web form or phone. Anyone is welcome. You don't need to know anything about AI or spreadsheets beyond typing into one.
What to bring
A laptop or desktop computer, and a free Google account if you want to follow along in Google Sheets (Excel works too). Please don't bring real customer emails: we work with made-up examples, and you can apply it to your own business afterwards.
The details
- Price: free. No card, no upsell call.
- Where: online. We'll confirm the platform, the length and the time (Irish time) when we set the date.
- Signing up: first name and email. That's it.
- Emails: only about this class. No newsletter.
- Recording: we don't record attendees.
- Can't make it? Every email has a link to free up your place.
Why these classes are different
There's plenty of good general AI training in Ireland already, much of it free. Our classes are deliberately narrow: one everyday job, built end to end, with a check at the end so you know it works. If you want the broader picture first, the Government's free AIReady.ie platform and your Local Enterprise Office are good places to start.
After the class
That's it: you keep what you built. If you'd like us to connect it to your real inbox, forms or systems, that's optional paid help, and you don't need to have come to a class to ask.
